Project: Arc Fault Detection
As part of the Arc Fault Detection project, we develop diagnostic modules for systems using solar energy.
The popularity of solar panel installations for households and small firms keeps growing, which also puts increased emphasis on their safety. The detection of electric arcs in a photovoltaic installation is an integral part of this solution. Within the developed diagnostic module solutions, we detect the emerging arcs using an FFT analysis. The complexity of these systems also involves expertise from various fields, including HW and SW development, testing, and certification under international standards.
