Project: Customized Automation

The Customized Automation project focuses on modifying the proven and successful standard Siemens products to satisfy customer requirements: from minor construction modifications to OEM hardware and software systems. This portfolio of modifications includes individual changes in design and software, special tests and certifications, as well as changes in the service, support and logistics.

We are experts in developing firmware, hardware, mechanical design, and system integration and testing. We are responsible for end-to-end project management, from the first proposal over design, implementation, maintenance to gradual product decommissioning. For other competencies, such as production, logistics, etc., we have significant support from our colleagues in Germany.

Now, we are looking for new colleagues willing to join our dynamic development team. In project management, we use waterfall project management with applied agile methodologies and principles. We use only what makes sense and brings benefits.
